- Several Sections- roof, parapets, balconies, floors, ceiling heights, internal steps
- Site Plan- entrance gate and pillars, walls x2, hard landscaping, patios, driveway, kerbing, driveway and patio lighting, all weather area
- Floors plans- kitchen, pantry, utility, cloaks, gym, office, game room, robes, master, feature walls, bathrooms, living room fit out
Roof plan
- Electrical layout incl floor sockets, feature lighting,
- Joinery- stairs, book cases, panelling, general fit out, shadow gaps, skirting, architrave
- External- BBQ area, car port, garden walls, planters, steps
- Ceilings, stepped, recessed, features, coffers, LED recesses, curtain recesses
- Floors & Walls, tiling extent, WC recesses & suspended ware, timber flooring detailing
