Jer Kelleher

Jer is a key member of KMC Homes’ management team. He has 20+years experience in almost every aspect of building. Jer and his brothers worked in the family’s construction business and learned all aspects of the trade under his father. Jer brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and drive to the table and has completed several major projects to the highest of standards.

John O’Connor

Having spent most of his days off and summers helping 2 local carpenters, John realised this was the career for him. He spent 4 years studying then passed his carpentry apprenticeship exams with credits. He spent a number of years with a local well respected builder learning the trade and gaining valuable site experience. During this time he also built his own A-rated home where he gained an understanding of project management and high-end house design. John has has a wonderful way with people and fosters a great team spirit bringing everyone together in a team effort.
