MOVING BACK TO IRELAND FROM AUSTRALIA

This couple came across our website while they were still living in Australia. They were moving back to Ireland and hoped to get planning permission on an extended family plot of land. Their parents had tried unsuccessfully before and the site itself had some constraints in terms of percolation tests results so we had our work cut out. After much careful consideration and planning we got planning permission first time and managed to overcome the percolation issue with a tertiary treatment unit.

The house was designed to fit snugly between it’s two neighbours with a modest front elevation and a beautiful exclusive living space to the rear taking full advantage of the views to the South and West as well as light from East in the morning, South in the afternoon and of course West in the evening. A magnificent oak stairs completes the hall and finishes this beautiful home.

The KMC Homes Process Results:

Percolation issue resolved with a tertiary treatment unit

Planning permission through in first attempt

A beautiful exclusive living space to the rear taking best advantage of the views and light

Beautiful, unique design

Happy new home owners
