Project Description

Cork’s Castle Road ruins from the Pier in Blackrock right down to Blackrock Castle. It is home to many a wonderful period house and we are proud to welcome this beautiful home to the neighbourhood. The design of the exterior of the living space is both contemporary in overall style but with nod to the Blackrock and indeed Kinsale practice of hanging slate on the first floor. Internally the open plan living space opens seamlessly onto a South facing and very private rear garden. There is beautiful joinery to be found throughout the house including double glazed sliding sash windows and timber wall panelling in the hallways, stairs and landings. This is a chique suburban home that sits effortlessly with its period Blackrock surroundings.
