New Build Project Description

This is an unusually shaped house where three separate wings essentially radiate out form a centrally circular hall space that houses a spiral stairs. The clients insisted on this curved staircase so it became the feature of the house. Additional features include curved dry-course Liscannor stone externally.

The stairs was custom designed for the house in Cork and consists of oak handrails with square spindles to add strength to the curved balustrade.

The positioning of the house on the level site takes full advantage of the panoramic rural views in this idillic setting.
