New Build Project Description

The brief from the get-go here was to build a new A-rated house to look like it was built in the late 1940′s. The house needed to accommodate a family of six.

The location and surroundings of the site are such that the house commands magnificent views of the River Lee. Several features including an arched stained glass window were removed from the pre-exiting house on the site, which was demolished. The french polishing of the stairs was perhaps the one feature that elevated the finished product.

The finished home speaks to a by-gone era and indeed the house looks lie it has been in existence for some time which delivers on the original brief.
