Kieran McCarthy
Design & Build Director
Kieran grew up in Midleton Co. Cork. He comes from a long family history of engineers, architects and builders. He graduated as a Civil Engineer himself in UCC in 1996.
Kieran’s design, building and project management skills were forged working for several blue chip and multinational building and project management companies before setting-up KMC Homes in 2003.
Kieran has travelled extensively and brings a dynamic and innovative approach to homebuilding with focusing on the customer experience, professionalism and design & build quality.
